Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned product lines, from market study and specification development to launch and post-launch support. Coordinate with R&D, Sales, and Factory teams to ensure products meet market requirements and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline with at least 5 years of experience in product engineering or management. Must possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of HVAC technical products and market dynamics.
