Senior Project Manager (Design) - Buildings

Lead and manage the design delivery of complex building and property projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external consultants while overseeing design reviews and approvals from local authorities.

Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field with at least 10 years of design management experience in the UAE or GCC. A proven track record in high-rise or commercial buildings and a PMP certification are preferred.
