Building and Engineering_ Technician

Supervise maintenance assistants and lead the property maintenance department to ensure all facilities are functioning optimally. Proactively manage health and safety compliance and maintain the hotel's physical appearance to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requires a positive attitude, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Previous experience in a similar maintenance position is beneficial but not essential.
