Responsibilities

Identify and develop local and international suppliers for Oil & Gas products while managing vendor registration and pre-qualification. Handle the full procurement cycle from issuing RFQs and evaluating quotations to negotiating terms and ensuring technical compliance.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain with up to 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas procurement. Must be proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and fluent in English communication.
