Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of SOC analysts while serving as the primary escalation point for high-severity security incidents. Drive continuous improvement in detection logic, SIEM coverage, and incident response playbooks to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

Requires 5-8 years of security operations experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role and proficiency in SIEM and EDR technologies. Candidates must hold at least one mandatory certification such as CISSP, GCIH, GCFA, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
