Responsibilities

Responsible for the installation, repair, and regular maintenance of kitchen and laundry equipment to ensure hotel standards are met. This includes performing PAT testing and completing work orders and planned preventative maintenance tasks.

Requirements

Candidates must have a High School Diploma and an Electrical Trade Certificate. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Kitchen Technician within the hospitality industry is required.
