SEN Learning Support Lead ( Part-time)

Lead the SEN support provision by overseeing student assessments and the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Manage support staff and collaborate with families and external specialists to ensure personalized learning pathways.

Requires 4-5 years of experience in education with a focus on special educational needs and a forward-thinking approach to personalized learning. Must be capable of managing safeguarding frameworks and leading a multidisciplinary support team.
