Responsibilities

Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitization of all back-of-house surfaces and the operation of kitchen cleaning equipment. Ensures work areas remain clear of hazards and complies with all safety and health procedures.

Requirements

Must comply with OSH instructions, safe working procedures, and food safety regulatory frameworks. Requires the ability to use appropriate PPE and participate in safety training and risk assessments.
