Responsibilities

Identify and onboard high-quality TradFi and Real World Assets (RWA) into the Binance Earn ecosystem. Translate traditional financial product structures into scalable, crypto-native investment products while managing the end-to-end product lifecycle.

Requirements

Requires over 5 years of experience in product operations or wealth management with deep knowledge of funds, ETFs, and structured products. Candidates must have a strong TradFi background and a keen interest in blockchain and tokenization.
