Training Supervisor (Facilities)

Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training and refresher programs for the Facilities and Cleaning departments to ensure operational competency. Coordinate with internal L&D departments and external suppliers to manage training calendars and maintain compliance records.
Requirements
Requires 3 to 5 years of training experience within the FM and Housekeeping sector, ideally with a degree in Facilities Management or Hospitality. Must possess strong instructional skills and knowledge of HSE compliance and soft services.
