Responsibilities

The Cost Accountant supports the plant accounting team with day-to-day costing, financial reporting, and period-close processes within a JD Edwards environment. Key duties include maintaining standard costs, analyzing manufacturing variances, and coordinating physical inventory counts.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, with 2-4 years of experience ideally in a manufacturing environment. Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, ICWA, or ACCA are preferred.
