Responsibilities

Oversee the inspection, repair, and maintenance of field tools and equipment across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Lead workshop operations, ensure HSE compliance, and manage preventive maintenance schedules and staff productivity.

Requirements

Requires a Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 4-6 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Must have previous supervisory experience and strong knowledge of downhole tools and maintenance best practices.
