Assistant Manager - Production

Oversee the daily operations of the Re-heat Furnace, Mill Rolling, and Finishing End processes to ensure maximum plant utilization and product quality. Lead production and maintenance teams while managing budgets and implementing safety and quality standards.

Requires 10 to 15 years of experience, preferably within the steel industry or a Section Mill Steel Plant. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of steel manufacturing operations and operational compliance.
