Responsibilities

Lead the legal support for brokerage, product, and commercial activities, including the management of client-facing documentation and marketing materials. Build scalable legal tools and mentor a team of legal counsels while ensuring compliance with EU financial regulations.

Requirements

Requires a law degree and 10-12+ years of legal experience in a regulated financial services environment, preferably with a common-law qualification. Must be fluent in English and Russian with deep expertise in MiFID II, CySEC, and GDPR.
