Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for UAE National positions and partner with hiring managers to identify Emiratization opportunities. Build talent pipelines through government initiatives, universities, and Nafis while ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business with 4-6 years of talent acquisition experience, specifically in Emiratization. Mandatory fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
