Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end high-volume recruitment across multiple brands within the DEAL Holdings group, from requisition to onboarding. Manage HR administration, compliance with UAE labour laws, and coordinate visa processing with PRO teams.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably from an agency background in the UAE hospitality or retail sectors. Must possess strong knowledge of UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 and be comfortable with flexible working hours.
