Responsibilities

Support the coverage of key MENA accounts by coordinating the origination and execution of M&A, Leverage Finance, and ECM transactions. Conduct detailed financial modelling, company valuations, and sector research while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

Requires proven execution skills in M&A and capital market products with a strong analytical approach to complex deal structuring. Candidates must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence senior cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.
