Responsibilities

Oversee the strategic and operational management of Hard Facility Management services, including MEP, HVAC, and civil systems across multiple facilities. Ensure contractual KPI/SLA compliance, financial profitability, and adherence to HSEQ and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Facility Management with 8-12 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role. Professional certifications like PMP or IFMA are preferred, along with strong knowledge of UAE FM regulations.
