Responsibilities
Design and execute organization development and workforce planning activities, including operating models, organizational structures, and job descriptions. Conduct data-driven analysis to optimize manpower forecasting and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or Business, with 3 to 5 years of experience in Organization Development. Professional HR certifications and full proficiency in both Arabic and English are preferred.
