Responsibilities

Support daily Food & Beverage operations by assisting with food preparation and basic cooking under senior chef supervision. Maintain high standards of hygiene, food quality, and safety while rotating through various kitchen sections.

Requirements

Requires basic hospitality training and a foundation degree in Culinary Arts Management. Desirable qualifications include a diploma in professional cookery, HACCP certification, and at least 2 years of kitchen experience.
