Operations Supervisor - UAE National, Fullfillment Centre Operations

Oversee shift management across fulfillment, sortation, or delivery centers to ensure customer orders are fulfilled safely and efficiently. Drive operational performance through labor allocation, data analysis, and collaboration with support functions.

Requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends. Experience in problem solving, project delivery, and leadership within a logistics or technical environment is expected.
