Coordinate and manage all crew-related operational activities, including planning, documentation, and mobilization for assigned vessels. Ensure smooth communication between vessels, manning agencies, and internal departments while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and proficiency in MS Office with a strong ability to handle crew movements and emergency changes. Candidates must be able to work flexibly in shifts, including night shifts, and possess excellent organizational skills.
