Lead Cost Manager (Cost Control)

Oversee all cost estimation, control, and financial management activities for projects, specifically within the Real Estate and Property sector. Lead and mentor a cost management team while developing comprehensive cost strategies and managing project budgets to ensure efficiency.

Requires a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of professional experience in cost management. Professional accreditation such as MRICS or AIQS is required, along with expertise in budget forecasting and leadership.
