Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the Employee Welfare and Relations function, managing the end-to-end process from query resolution to disciplinary proceedings and terminations. Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and manage a team of HR coordinators to maintain high service levels and minimize legal risk.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration and a minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience. Must possess demonstrable knowledge of UAE Labour Law and advanced proficiency in MS Office and systems analysis.
