Senior Sales Manager - DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah Waterfront Hotel & Residences

The Senior Sales Manager serves as the second-in-command of the Commercial Department, supporting the Commercial Director in driving revenue growth. They are responsible for managing group sales and achieving hotel profitability and market share objectives across all segments.

Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or Marketing and possess 3-5 years of progressive hotel sales experience. Proficiency in Hilton systems and a proven track record in MICE, corporate, and government account management are highly preferred.
