Stewarding Supervisor

Lead and supervise the stewarding team to ensure cleanliness and organization across all F&B areas, including kitchens and banquet functions. Coordinate the delivery and maintenance of equipment while ensuring strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Candidates must be able to manage stewarding operations and ensure compliance with OSH and food safety regulatory frameworks. Strong leadership skills are required to train staff and maintain a safe, professional work environment.
