Steward

Responsible for cleaning and washing dishes, pots, and kitchen utensils according to performance standards. Maintains cleanliness of the work area and adheres to HACCP and safety procedures.

Preferably possesses experience in hospitality and knowledge of stewarding operational standards. Must be flexible to rotate across different departments and maintain high personal hygiene standards.
