Responsibilities
Manage post-sale operations including client collections, RERA registrations, and the end-to-end resale and transfer process. Maintain accurate data within Oracle NetSuite and act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and regulatory coordination.
Requirements
Requires 2-3 years of experience in UAE real estate operations with strong knowledge of RERA and off-plan regulations. Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel, along with excellent English communication skills, is essential.
