Responsibilities
Provide telephone-based support to global customers regarding health insurance policies, billing, and membership changes. Coordinate with service partners for medical treatments and handle member complaints and investigations.
Requirements
Must be a UAE National with a university degree and previous experience in health insurance within the UAE. Requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to work 6-hour shifts including occasional weekends.
