Residences Manager

Lead the end-to-end resident experience lifecycle and manage front-of-house operations to ensure 5-star luxury standards. Coordinate with maintenance and security teams while designing engagement initiatives to elevate the community living experience.

Requires a strong background in 5-star hotel front-of-house management and fluency in both Arabic and English. Must possess the ability to lead service teams and handle high-value resident escalations with professionalism.
