HVAC Technician

Respond to guest repair requests and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, kitchen, and building equipment. Maintain facility standards through painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and general upkeep of interior and exterior areas.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. Some experience in general maintenance and surface preparation is preferred, along with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
