Responsibilities

Conduct customer research and use design thinking to create actionable insights and service design deliverables for clients. Support business development efforts through proposals and pitch meetings to improve customer experience in the UAE and KSA.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's or master's degree with at least 2 to 4 years of experience in service design, user experience, or experience consulting. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Suite, Miro, and Figma is expected.
