Responsibilities
The Crew Leader supervises aviation refuelling operations and acts as a Shift Supervisor during absences to ensure safe and efficient aircraft fueling. They are responsible for maintaining HSE standards, managing staff training, and coordinating plant maintenance and depot operations.
Requirements
Candidates require a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field and 3 to 5 years of experience as an aviation operator. Proficiency in English, Microsoft Office, and a valid UAE driving license are essential requirements.
