Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. Manage financial performance through P&L oversight, cost control, and team leadership of 15+ staff members.
Requirements
Requires 3-5 years of restaurant management experience in the UAE/GCC and certifications in HACCP Level 3 and PIC. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred along with fluency in English.
