Reservations Agent

Manage hotel room reservations, handle guest inquiries, and utilize sales techniques to maximize property revenue. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure accurate booking records and guest satisfaction.

Requires a passion for guest service and proficiency in English and Russian, with a degree in Hospitality Management being an asset. Previous hotel experience and knowledge of Property Management Systems like Opera are preferred.
