Call Centre Agent - UAE National (Emiratisation)

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to provide accurate information regarding insurance products and policies. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining detailed records of interactions in internal systems.

Must be a UAE National with a Family Book and hold at least a high school diploma, though degrees are welcome. Strong English communication skills are required, and previous call center experience is preferred.
