Responsibilities

Develop and scale lifecycle marketing programs across email and SMS to improve customer retention and maximize revenue. Build personalized customer journeys and manage an experimentation roadmap to optimize engagement and lifetime value.

Requirements

Requires 3+ years of experience in lifecycle or retention marketing with advanced proficiency in Klaviyo. Candidates should have a strong analytical mindset and experience in DTC eCommerce or consumer products.
