Responsibilities
Oversee daily workshop operations, supervise technicians, and allocate work based on priority and skill. Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards while maintaining a clean and organized facility in compliance with QHSEMS.
Requirements
Requires a B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering with 7-8 years of experience in heavy vehicle or equipment workshop operations. Mandatory experience in authorized dealerships and proficiency in ERP software and business communication tools.
