Telephone Operator

The Guest Experience Expert manages guest check-ins, check-outs, and various requests to ensure a memorable stay. They are responsible for processing operational needs, completing reports, and providing local area highlights to guests.

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. No prior related work experience or supervisory experience is required for this position.
