Senior HR Business Partner — Technology

Partner with the CTO to transform a project-based IT organization into a modern, product-led engineering function. Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and the implementation of performance management frameworks across distributed global teams.

Requires significant HRBP experience supporting technology organizations and a proven track record in agile operating model transformations. Mandatory native Russian and fluent English language skills are required, with a preference for candidates based in Cyprus, Georgia, or Serbia.
