Responsibilities

Manages the review, evaluation, and approval of dry utility systems including power, telecom, and gas for master-planned developments. Ensures all third-party developer submissions comply with AD Ports standards and authority regulations.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in Urban Planning and a minimum of 5 years of local UAE experience.
