Responsibilities
Own the growth, retention, and success of Tier 1 customers by building trusted relationships and driving adoption and revenue. Coordinate internal teams to meet client business and technical expectations while monitoring account health and traffic.
Requirements
Requires a minimum of 6 years of proven B2B sales experience with a strong commercial mindset and fluency in English. Knowledge of CPaaS, CCaaS, and conversational AI channels is highly advantageous.
