Responsibilities

Oversee budget, cost, estimating, and progress measurement activities for EPC contractors to ensure project delivery within budget and on time. Provide functional support to the Project PMC and Owner's teams while managing financial reviews and change order proposals.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry. Must have experience in FEED, EPC, and PMC roles, with a preference for GCC and ADNOC project experience.
