Responsibilities

Manage the full employee lifecycle from mobilization to demobilization, ensuring HR operations comply with legislation and best practices. Coordinate with HSE teams and payroll to support employee queries and workplace incident reporting.

Requirements

Requires over 12 years of total experience with at least 8 years of relevant HR experience, specifically within the Oil and Gas industry in the Middle East. Must possess strong knowledge of UAE and Middle Eastern labour laws and proficiency in SAP or Workday.
