Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice and support to the Global Trade Services business across the MENAT region to mitigate legal and reputational risks. Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documentation for core and structured trade transactions.

Requirements

Requires a qualified lawyer with 2-5 years PQE and experience in lending, trade, and receivables finance products. A bachelor's degree is mandatory for the UAE work permit, with knowledge of UAE corporate structures and banking law required.
