Responsibilities

Lead the complete pre-opening process and ongoing operations of an ultra-luxury private villa in Jericoacoara. This includes creating SOPs, building high-performing teams, and transforming an architectural project into a functional hospitality experience.

Requirements

Requires at least 5 years of experience as a General Manager or Operations Director in luxury hospitality with a proven track record of leading pre-openings. Candidates must be Brazilian nationals, fluent in English, and willing to relocate.
