Responsibilities

The HSE Lead is responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environmental performance and compliance within a healthcare facility. This includes managing contractor safety, conducting risk assessments, and leading incident investigations to ensure adherence to UAE legislation and ISO standards.

Requirements

Candidates must have a degree or diploma in OHS or Engineering and at least 8 years of UAE HSE experience, including 2-3 years in a hospital setting. Required certifications include ISO 45001/14001 and ADOSH registration.
