Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of crew personnel, including sourcing, contracting, deployment, and offboarding for live events. Coordinate travel and accommodation logistics while acting as an internal consultant to optimize resource allocation across projects.

Requirements

Requires proven experience in workforce or crew management specifically within the live event and exhibition industry. Must have hands-on experience operating in the Middle East (UAE/KSA) or German markets with strong knowledge of regional compliance.
