Responsibilities
The Hygiene Manager is responsible for developing and implementing Food Safety Management System programs and coordinating hygiene-related support across the organization. They will conduct training for food handlers, assess adherence to hygiene protocols, and maintain records of food safety and hygiene-related audits.
Requirements
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel industry, along with a relevant degree in food safety. Knowledge of UAE health and safety laws and HACCP certifications are also required.
