Head of Access Management Control

Lead and govern the Access Management Control framework to ensure robust Identity Access Management (IDAM) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) across the bank. Drive automation, regulatory compliance, and the optimization of access lifecycle processes for UAE and international operations.

Requires 12-15 years of progressive experience in IAM and IT controls, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. Must possess strong expertise in IDAM frameworks, governance, and leadership of enterprise-wide access management functions.
